Heavy industrial sites require specific site safety training and inductions, so we tailor our strict processes to meet the individual needs of every site and client. From huge operations to small-scale projects, oil refineries and petrochemical plants to steel works, we operate in ‘live’ environments where safety is paramount. Our H&S measures incorporate:

• Use of specialist equipment / procedures in high ambient temperatures
• Abseiling training for difficult height access
• Restriction awareness – an example being the prohibited use of phones in a no-spark location (‘Intrinsically Safe’ environment)

Often operating as the lead contractor on site, our clients entrust us with their specialist work thanks to our wealth of experience and proven track record. Working together with the clients’ H&S teams, we are involved in critical planning to ensure seamless results: Particularly crucial where fitting our work into key shutdown periods can involve us working through the night.

Our staff can also be required to be based at a site long-term and the continuity of our ‘in plant’ operatives is vital to ensure consistent safety and the closest working relationships with clients.
