Our work with construction companies requires us to be fully conversant and experienced with all forms of contract (NEC3 , JCT & FAC1). We also have vast expertise on PFI schemes including ESFA and P21+.

When operating on long-term frameworks across the country we play a key role in the early phases of the construction process, drawing on our ability to plan and project manage to hit key deadlines.

Meeting the demands of our main contractor’s specific H&S regimes and procurement requirements is fundamental - earning our place on a contractor’s framework requires a detailed qualification process. For example, our membership of the Supply Chain Sustainability School is of importance to our largest UK contractor clients.

We also have extensive interaction and exposure within the construction industry via keynote speaking and educational practical training workshops.
