Team development within the Remediation Division

Posted on in Company News

At Rhodar, providing opportunities for progression for our team members is an important goal…and a key driver for our continued success as a business. Recent developments within our Remediation Division offer a great illustration of this in action…

Having worked at Rhodar for nearly two years now, it’s wonderful to see Holly Bentham’s career make a significant step forward following her promotion this year from Graduate to Project Engineer. We’re also pleased to announce that Holly is currently working on attaining her WAMITAB qualification.

Aaron Drew has also received a recent promotion, moving from Supervising Engineer to Project Manager. Last month, Aaron featured on our latest case study video, covering the ongoing works at Lynfield Mount Hospital – the project he’s currently overseeing.

Jermaine Morgan joined Rhodar in November last year as an Estimator, specialising in civil engineering and construction projects. Since joining, Jermaine has supported with the delivery of our civils works at Kirkstall Road, Lynfield Mount and, most recently, Ordnance Lane.

We’d also like to introduce Matthew Curtiss, who started at Rhodar in July this year as a Graduate Engineer. He is continuing to gain valuable experience across our projects at Lynfield Mount, Ordnance Lane and Dixons Academy.

We look forward to following the continued success of these four professionals alongside our wider teams’ progress over the next few years.
