In Pursuit of Excellence (IPOE) is our cultural programme based around our seven core values, which help influence the way we act, make decisions, deliver our service and interact with one another and our clients.
Each year, our IPOE Values Recognition Awards provide an opportunity for staff to acknowledge and recognise colleagues across the business, both site and office-based, whom we collectively feel deserve additional recognition and praise for their contribution over the previous 12-months.
Launched last month, nominations from staff have started flowing in as we build towards our Conference at the end of November, where the independently judged awards will be handed out to our worthy winners.
