Rhodar 2023 IPOE Value Awards - Recognising staff contributions across the country
Posted on in Company News
Our annual IPOE Values Recognition Awards presentations took place last week, as we hosted 200 colleagues and special guests at Oulton Hall, Leeds, for our 2023 Conference.
Rhodar’s ‘In Pursuit of Excellence’ (IPOE) programme sits at the very heart of our business … our seven key IPOE Values help guide our culture and how we communicate, interact and support each other.
Each year we recognise the contribution and the stand-out performances of our staff and teams through the Awards.
Open to all our 500+ workforce, the awards are independently judged by a panel of industry specialists, who also joined us at the Conference to present each award - this year we had a record-breaking 240 nominations!
Our event this year followed a new format, as we invited guest speakers to provide their thoughts on each of our IPOE Values before the presentation for each award. A big thank you to Martin Hibbert, Katie Metcalfe, John Duggan, Graham Galloway, Chris Cooke, Amy Parker and Jason Davy for giving such a great range of insightful presentations which really helped set the scene for each of our 7 awards.
… and special thanks to our judging panel, Graham Galloway, Simon Schofield, Ryan Edgell and Charlotte Blach, for selecting our winners…..which proved a challenging task this year with so many excellent nominations.
