Dave Hart celebrates long-service landmark

Today marks a landmark achievement as Dave Hart, Rhodar's Contracts Director, celebrates 40 years with Rhodar!
Managing Director, Jason Davy, acknowledged the occasion with the following company message:
'When I first joined the business, Dave was a site supervisor in Leeds, before moving to Hull, opening our first regional office and becoming a regional director.
His expertise in estimating and management of projects is unrivalled in the industry and I know many competitors become a little more nervous when Dave turns up to look at a job!
His appetite to win work and deliver projects to the highest standards, after 40 years, hasn't diminished one bit.
Yet despite Dave's competitive estimating, with the support of a great team in the Hull office, he still manages to deliver the required margin on jobs throughout the UK.
Dave’s reputation for hard work, tenacity and ‘leading by example’ has earned him widespread respect, within our business and across the wider industry.
In recent years, a key focus for Dave has been to increasingly mentor his team and impart his industry knowledge…something he has done very successfully as his region continues to be successful.
