Administrator- Secure Site
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Administrator working at a secure site in Cumbria.
Salary: £24,000-£28,000
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for supporting Operational Manager and Contract managers, this will involve preparing site specific documents as well as carrying out general office administration.
Role responsibilities
- Checking and preparing site specific method statements and waste consignment notes for projects.
- To manage and change priorities according to the demands of the project environment.
- Entering time sheets onto our internal system for site-based employees ensuring a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer communication via phone and or emails.
- Collating information and paperwork for site staff.
- Raising PO's and using my knowledge of Suppliers and Products to decide where to hire/purchase from to obtain the most competitive product, prices and delivery all whilst maintaining correct specifications.
- Escalating incidents/service level requests that cannot be resolved within agreed timescales to the Team Leader.
- Completing/submitting any site security paperwork.
- Updating Redsky (ERP System) with job/ project status, costs through to invoicing.
About you
- May have a P4 pass.
- Excellent organisational skills; being able to multi-task and priorities workload.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of word/Excel/Outlook.
- Friendly, calm and professional manner.
- Knowledge of suppliers to order correct and compliant consumables and plant.
